UPDATE: third problem is that it’s still showing up in the SideBlog even though the categories have been changed. Why?

Two problems: (1) This post - at least while using Chris Pearson’s Cutline Theme -  is too wide to be used in the SideBlog plugin area. So we’re going to put in in the main column and see how it works out. (2) the image caption is also running too wide. I think I inserted it using the native WordPress image manager. I think this calls for making the post a bit longer and inserting at least one more image to test. Or maybe we just need some more test posts. Or both. So let’s take some advice from General George S. Patton. Here are two slightly different formulations - one may have been sanded smooth a bit before use:

Perhaps the problem is that in the other post we uploaded nine images at once. The image at right was part of a litter of one. Perhaps I need to keep posting - one image at a time at first, working my way up to two, three, etc., until we see if that is or isn’t the problem.

Something nasty got into my server WordPress files - which prevented me from getting into the control panel. So - after several weeks - decided to delete the subdomain - and start again. Hence - no archives - and a clean install. May repost older material when the opportunity presents itself.
